Reinforced Bulwark is often better except in monowhite.

It filled a much needed role in limited. outside of limited it had no uses whatsoever

I prefer Reinforced Bulwark. This is good against infect/wither/deathtouch, I guess. Or if I really need to stop my opponent from gaining 1 life with his Baneslayer.
