I do believe the 'each other creature' bit gets around shroud.
Combo'd with deathtouch as mentioned, and this is a fun little card.

Him, plus Scythe of the Wretched+ something that makes him indestructible+ a five color creature is the best way of wiping the board in multiplayer.
My friend runs a Progenitus\Mirror Gallery deck. I don't end up controlling his Progenitus, but I do ever-so-love the look on his face as his 4 are destroyed by a 1/2 creature.
