@Kazabet: No. The most beautiful (and therefore highest-ranking) elves in Lorwyn society were referred to as "perfects" because they, well, looked perfect.

Not sure how it made it down to uncommon but I'm not complaining. As EvilCleavage pointed out, still incredibly expensive despite the reprint and the rarity, so...

I feel like you would have a hard time losing a limited game with one of these out. Hard to imagine a deck with more than one.

Whenever people complain about rares being so much better than other rarities, these are the steps I take:

1. I talk about the limited format, and how it is warped by really power cards
2. I tell them about commons and uncommons (most removal and countermagic) that commonly beat rares
3. I show them this card, Vampire Nighthawk, and Standstill

Most of the time that shuts them up. I'm glad that power like this exists at uncommon.
