This card deserves a 5/5 just because they pirouetted past the common misconception that Frankenstein was the name of the monster. It's unbelievably refreshing to see someone get that right. As for usefulness, it seems like a pretty nice, customizable little critter, and the cost isn't one you're going to have trouble paying if your deck doesn't use the graveyard much.
Of course, in Black that kind of deck I suppose isn't so common... And versatility isn't that important if your deck is doing what it's designed to do... I guess I'm just a softy for customization.

Um Dr Draco that doesnt work at all, once the thrull tokens die they go poof, they aren't in the graveyard, so you could use franky with it, works for the mana ramp though.

Frankenstein was the name of the creator, not the monster. And Frankenstein is a zombie. He’s a type of zombie. It’s like people who say Tannoy when they mean public-address system. Tannoy is a brand name.

This works great with Breeding Pit, Tourach's Gate, and Aggression.
Sacrifice a bunch of Thrulls from your Breeding Pit to Tourach's Gate, then when you're ready cast Frankenstein's Monster with a bunch of +2/+0 counters. Enchant it with the Aggression, then go to town.

Works great in a Doran EDH, especially late game. Remove a bunch of creatures in my graveyard and put +0/+2 counters on him, effectively giving him +2/+2 for each removed creature? Sounds nice. Throw in a Lightning Greaves to protect him and you're good
