If you've got the mana, you can put this into a Sliver Deck and use Artificial Evolution for a Sliverstorm.

Turn one play mountain. Then play Rite of Flame, Rite of Flame, Desperate Ritual/Pyretic Ritual, Seething Song, Seething Song then Dragonstorm.
Search for 4 Kokusho, the Evening Stars and whatever else (it won't matter). They die to the legend rule. When they die, all opponents lose 5 life and you gain life equal to that life lost. 5x4=20. You win...Forever.
You don't even have to splash black for that. Just stick them in your dragonstorm deck and go to town.

Braid of Fire won't work - the mana empties after your upkeep is done, and this is a sorcery, so you can only cast it on your main phase.

I need a little help, I last played wan urza's saga was new. I was playing a friend who uesed this card, and I counter it, he says the storm still go's, and I'd need a counterspell for all the storms. Is that right?

5 devidable damage and 6 Dragons in play by turn 1 (and an empty hand).

Using Desperate Ritua and Seething Song also helps
