It just works as a one drop. Bonus points for an exile deck or used with that new fangled term which exiles a creature when another is summoned.

While many people think that Fallen Empires is the worst set ever, I think it's only the third-worst set, above The Dark and Homelands. The good thing about Fallen Empires is that, unlike the two previously mentioned sets, most of its good (or at least decent) cards are commons, such as this one. I once bought two packs of Fallen Empires, and more than half the cards I got were playable in casual, although almost none were playable in serious formats.
