Of all the 1 for 3 cost drops (Giant Growth,Time Walk, Lightning Bolt, & Dark Ritual) this is the absolute worst. Very underpowered compared to the others.

I always thought Salve was a bit underrated. Boring? Yes, but its not a bad effect. Nullifies bolt, can turn a combat phase in your favor, and in a pinch can delay your death for a turn. Its certainly not useful in every deck, but I feel it certainly has its niches.

yeah, i get how everyone hates life gain and this card is a big stupidface, and yeah, i'd rather have a bunch of ancestral recalls over these, but life gain was a little more valuable back then. also i would point out that should you be attacking with aserra avatar it is definitely better than giant growth
