Efficient and all, but it's so hard to resolve. I find the enchantment clause to be too limiting. You have to destroy your stuff fairly often so that you are 3 for 2ing your opponent for 4 mana....I would probably rather just mind spring then.

Sarcomancy is an enchantment you probably want destroyed if you have it out. Hatching Plans definitely wants to be gone!
You can target some enchantments and respond by sacrificing them, like Quest for the Gemblades or Quest for the Gravelord.
Ashnod's Transmorgrant and Liquimetal Coating can turn your opponent's creatures into artifacts; then this card lets you kill 2 target creatures.

Just some ideas.

surprised this wasn't printed in the mirror mastery commander deck.

this is a perfect card for EDH and could have been bonkers with Riku of two reflections

The errata has made this card much more useful.

I might run Ichor Wellspring and Hatching Plans just in case my opponent doesn't have any artifacts or enchantments worth nuking.

P.S. Combos with Enchanted Evening and Mycosynth Lattice...but why would you Decimate when you could Primeval Light or Hurkyl's Recall?

This is by a very large margin my favorite destruction card ever printed. (Though Decimator Web honestly has the flavor down better) It may be hard to resolve properly, but when she hits, she hits like a tonne of bricks!

Lets be honest, the snag is usually an enchantment, but in Red or Green aggro with Rancor? Sure I'll let that take the hit in exchange for killing three of your cards! Occasionally I have to take a more drastic hit and lose an equipment like my Mage Slayer in addition. Guess what? That is still breaking even for card advantage! This thing can be that potent when she goes off!

A contender for the most literal art possible award.

I love playing this card as I yell in a deep scream-o-ish voice "DECIMATION!"

Deceptively good looking. It's actually amazingly difficult to resolve.

I wouldn't say it's hard to resolve. I'd say it's hard to cast.

Something like Argothian Wurm is hard to resolve.
