This doesn't just mean at the draw step. If you play all the cards in your hand until you have no cards and then draw from some kind of effect (let's say Temple Bell), you draw 2 and lose 1 life.
Now, I don't know what happens if you play a cantrip. As in, you only have a Gitaxian Probe in your hand, and then play it. Does Blood Scrivener count the short moment between playing it and drawing a card?

You do get to draw two cards (and lose 1 life) when you cast a cantrip if you have no other cards in hand. You don't actually draw the card until the cantrip resolves, at which point the spell is on the stack, not in your hand. The same is true of cycling the last card in your hand as you don't draw a card until the 'draw a card' ability resolves at which point the cycled card is already in your graveyard.

Pixar manages to keep adults entertained with a younger target market. I realize this game is targeted at teens, but what happened to encouraging wit?
Vodalian Zombie is nearly unplayable, yet it has flavor text with layers.

Zombies has gravely needed a good two drop for quite a while now. I was pumped that we were finally getting a Walking Corpse zombie bear, but this really blows that out of the water. It's not as good as Dark Confidant, but it's also not constantly trying to kill you.
