Undead Minotaur is also a zombie, which makes this card even more sad.

Why would they give us this when they JUST printed the identical Undead Minotaur in M14?

Strictly worse than Undead Minotaur, like Walking Corpse and Gutter Skulk.

I don't care how bad the card is, the foil version looks fantastic.

My question is: Why don't most Minotaur have trample?
Minotaur are a combination of Bull and Human. Bulls are generally seen as raging, stampeding creatures. In pop culture, we still know bulls best from Bullfighting in Hispanic cultures. If we were to apply Magic logic to the real world, wouldn't you give a bull some kind of ability, like Trample?
Not only that, but fantasy pop culture also paints Minotaur's in the same way. Games like God of War and League of Legends show them in the same light.

If your defence is, "Well, maybe Minotaur's don't charge or aren't as aggressive in the Magic universe", all you have to do is read the flavour text, "...The foul minotaur raised the great axe called Goremaster and charged."
