Like most creatures, it's made better by Rancor.

Random Card Comment

While most people lemant the loss of the stack in the modern rules, this card is the first time I realized that loss of mana burn negativel affected some cards. This is one of them. He's still useful against an opponent with creatures with no abilities that won't attack (like Soul Warden), or enchantments or artifacts that have global effects. But I think fans must have twinged a little when they played him after the updated rules.

I think it's funny that while its most distinguishing feature is its copper hooves, they aren't actually in the picture.

I don't understand what people mean when they say he is no longer useful in multiplayer. Sure, before when mana burn existed it made him all the more dangerous but whenever he's played with my friends he's generally swinging for 14 or 20 each time. I add trample and boom, someone is dead. Granted, he's not perfect.

This + jangling automaton and Nature's Revolt and a way to give it trample, would result in a lulworthy moment.

With it's ability, you really have to wonder how Cooperhorn Scouts are able to harvest its horn so well.
