I'm confused. The card is obviously blue, but, judging by the flavor text, it's a burn spell.

Remember kids, does not work on oblivion ring. That is a triggered ability your trying to redirect, not a spell. Almost got into a freaking fist fight over this. The clown at the MTG hotline even said it would work on oblivion ring, OMG

Let's just look at it this way: This card AUTOMATICALLY is better than Dispel AND Outwit because it fulfills both functions. That, in Standard, is pretty strong. 4/5

Can this card change the target of an attacking creature? My friend insists that it can, but I'm not sure.

I'm 90% sure this won't work on cards with "Each Opponent" as the target(s). I can't find any input on this. Could someone shed some light on this for me? I'm guessing since you don't take control of the spell or anything the player casting it can't be the target if it says opponents.
