Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker wants to Urza so he can fight him and see the most powerful planewalker who is referred to as "Planeswalker" in there name is.

I feel like his ability should have been switched with his brother's. Urza had the Mightstone, he should make creatures more powerful (deal more damage), and Mishra, who had the Weakstone, should make creatures weaker (kill them with damage).

The card not really being "Urza-esque" aside, this is a fantastic Avatar for one reason and one reason alone:
Serra Ascendant
If you play a Martyr-Proc deck or anything sporting 4 Serra Ascendant and are starting at 30 life already, you're just... win... so much win.
