I understand what the card says but for some reason the wording of it keeps changing with each different ruling so i'm trying to find out if you have Griselbrand in play or if you put him in with Eureka can you pay 7 life to draw more cards so you can continue to use Eureka's effect?

This card would have been more fun if it went one-by-one. I.e, I pick a permanent, then you pick a permanent, and if neither one of us picks one then the process ends. Obviously the person who activated the card gets to pick first. That would have been real fun.

Also this has E=MC^2 in the art, shows a wizard learning something, and is terribly broken. How is this not blue.

this works incredibly well with iona, cast the eureka.. STARTING WITH YOU, put a permanent card from your hand into play, so put iona into play name a color, now ur opponent put a permanent into play, however that player is now limited in his her options to play a permanent dramatically because of iona, unless of course ur playing against artifacts, also worx with show and tell

Strictly more relative than Absolute Law.

TJC: No, you can't. You can't play any new spells or abilities while any spell or ability is in the middle of resolving; you have to do it either before the spell/ability starts resolving (i.e. when it can still be countered and before you start playing stuff) or after it's done. The text saying you can't interrupt Eureka is redundant because that's true for all spells, so it got removed.
