Wouldn't a Reprinted Terramorphic Expanse with new art and flavour text about the roil have worked fine?

I was making a tricolor EDH deck, and I was worried I wouldn't have enough ways to get a color I was missing with only being able to have one Terramorphic Expanse. And then I found one of these.

The first time I saw this card I accidentally misread it as "Evolving Winds". Now every time I try to autocard it, I always post Evolving Winds and have to edit my post to correct myself..
