Play four of him in a deck with Pandemonium. If you already have a Tuktuk in play, just play the one in your hand anyway. -Nammertime

Except the goal isn't to get two 5/5s, the idea is to deal 11 damage with Pandemonium by casting a second Tuktuk. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that both tokens would need to Enter the Battlefield before the Legend Rule each other- meaning that it would activate Pandemonium.

You're wrong the tokens stay long enough to trigger "is put into the graveyard" effects before they are exiled. Splinter Twin does work with this card.
