While this card is pretty amazing, it's not gonna be that good in Standard with Baneslayer Angels flying around unless you can get this card out before Baneslayer, but they both have 5 cmc.

Waiting tilll 6 cmc to get it out and strike an unsuspecting opponent isn't a bad idea though.

Regenerate isn't even that good in constructed with so many options of exiling. No one would hesitate to use their removal on big targets such at this guy.

EDIT: Dammit you are right - never noticed Mox Opal WAS a legendary artifact, or I might have won that game perhaps. Gonna have to kick his ass next time I see him lol.

Maximillini86, It's even simpler than that as far as I know. Whenever a creature has 0 or less toughness, you are forced to sacrifice it, which you cannot ever regenerate from.

Poison was better off left as a dead mechanic.

I know it's not the same block and stuff, but this is absolutely ridiculous with Heartless Summoning. 1BlackBlackBlack for a 3/3 with flying, infect and haste? Yes please.

This is what a mythic rare should be. Big, flashy, and exciting for all types of players. This guy will tear up just about anything, and very quickly, for a very fair and playable price. He absolutely has be be taken care of, and with Path to Exile gone, that's going to be harder than ever to do in standard.

Also, I love the nickname "Skittles." Not only is it cute, it's so much easier to pronounce than "Skithiryx."
