@Runedservitor: Well, people mostly cast Exsanguinate as a win condition so sure you'd kill the caster but you'd still die and if everybody died, the game would draw.

Fortunately, this is Lose Life, not Damage, so doesn't infi-loop (or even interact) with cards like Purity.
But that would be hilarious, since they'd just trigger off each other forever, lowering your life points down to "Negative Infinity".
Combos with opponent's (or own) Exsanguinate, immediately followed up with Angel's Grace, followed up with a truly evil laugh.
