Definitely not the best mythic as of yet but can be good if put into the right deck.

Comparing this to Planar Portal: Once you've tutored up three cards from your deck, why haven't you already won? So I think that this is usually going to be better.

Strong flavor, the card is overcosted though. Maybe 0/6 (cost/ability cost) would've been more appropriate? Spending 10 Mana/two turns for 1/3 Demonic Tutors doesn't feel powerful enough.

Let me make this clear, if your deck is built properly this essentially reads
Suspend 2 - 
win the game
It's easy to win off of 1-2 activations of planar portal, the fact that this has only 3 charges isn't really relevant, for what it's worth this ends up being just cheaper and overall better.
In Wort:
Ramp to 12 lands in play, play, activate, get me Boundless Realms pass turn
Cast boundless realms with conspire, activate, get me Comet Storm pass turn
Untap and win game
In Kiki-Jiki:
Get 10 lands play, activate find me Zealous Con***s
untap, win game.
In Niv-Mizzet:
Get 10 lands, Play, activate, find mind over matter
untap, win game
