can you trigger her plus one and then discard a creature as your choice and also pump lotleth troll at the same time if he's in play?

@Lifegainwithbite, where did you get that he was generalizing. Last time I checked, he talks about a b!tch. You know, no? I think we can all relate with @h8yuns' furry for uncontrolled recklessness. And as far as I'm concerned when she enters the battlefield, she really is a b!tch to deal with. Great card. 4.5/5

I love her. Drop her on turn 3 and +1 your Vengeful Pharoah and you've got free removal each turn that she lives, as well as a way to keep their stored cards down. That's some attrition I can live with. She still has her -2 ability in case you absolutely can't deal with one of their creatures, due to Hexproof or whatnot.
And that +6... <3

Managed to pull this Liliana in my first booster, surprisingly.
Thankfully, for the low mana cost, I managed to bring her out relatively early in the game with Diabolical Tutor.

Question Can Liliana Vess be played with Liliana of the Viel. They are technically not the same Planeswalker (yes same person but not same card). I have heard a similar question before with can you play both Jace Beleren and Jace the Mindsculptor at the same time as they aren't the same Jace card. With that other question no one managed to actually answer it. I haven't managed to find rules against this yet.

I honestly can't fathom her price tag, but I'm not the type to pay 40 for one magic card. Her first two abiliities are all you really need her for. Her ultimate's good, but not good enough to worth chucking 3 cards and not making your opponent sac anything. But alternating between the first two abilities with some proliferate or whatever can lock an opponent down while they're trying to stabilize, and you can use that advantage to get ahead and beat them down.

Where I live, my opponents fear her. I put together a Standard "Sunburst" deck using Gideon, Jace, Chandra, 2 Relentless, and Liliana . . . they would opt to remove her first before the others. To be able to use her ultimate is such a rush to see your opponent just sit there and watch as I divide what they got. It's better to activate it as soon as possible, believe me.

Still say the original is better. Much more mana but then it has a tutor ability.
