Enchant creature

You control enchanted creature.
Enchanted creature gets +0/+1.
Tap up to two target creatures. Those creatures don't untap during their controller's next untap step.

Tap target creature. Its controller mills two cards. That creature doesn't untap during its controller's next untap step. (They put the top two cards of their library into their graveyard.)
Draw a card.
Target creature gets -4/-4 until end of turn.
When Grasp of Fate enters the battlefield, for each opponent, exile up to one target nonland permanent that player controls until Grasp of Fate leaves the battlefield. (Those permanents return under their owners' control.)
