As Phantasmal Terrain enters, choose a basic land type.
Enchanted land is the chosen type.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, Primal Order deals damage to that player equal to the number of nonbasic lands they control.
Search your library for a basic land card, put that card onto the battlefield, then shuffle.
