When Borderland Ranger enters, you may search your library for a basic land card, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle.
Enchant land
As Convincing Mirage enters, choose a basic land type.
Enchanted land is the chosen type.
Exile all cards from target player's graveyard other than basic land cards. For each card exiled this way, search that player's library for all cards with the same name as that card and exile them. Then that player shuffles.
Search your library for a basic land card, put that card onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle.
