Really powerful enchantment, for only 3CC, this thing can take out enormous enemies. Black has tons of cheap guys and/or token generators lying around, so finding the ammo should be no problem.

Sengir Autocrat will give you a few easy guys to take out. Creakwood Liege would also work very nicely.

It is worth noting that Enchantments are hard to deal with.
This card is very powerful.
