Does anyone think a RUG deck featuring Beck, Krenko, Mob Boss, and Ral Zarek could be standard viable?

I'm surprised at how on SCG this is only $3.99. While Banned in modern Glimpse of Nature is $24.99. I understand this costs {U} more to cast but it also includes things that aren't cast. Plus has a nifty lil' bit of card added to it when situation calls for it.

Cards like these are better than many realize: Simic+Selesnya deck, have Doubling Season and Master Biomancer, all of a sudden, you have MINIMUM 8 5/5's with flying, and/or are drawing eight cards. If the Biomancer had 1/1 counters on it, those birds get scary. As for mana, Gyre Sage can help there, or just save it for when you need what you need, so a few cards earlier on, flying tokens later, etc. Options is why this card is very nice, one card, multiple options.

MAN, this really needed to be an instant. Then I would have at least considered this as an alternative to Sphinx's Revelation. Sure, for 8, you get one less card and five less life, but you get four flying chump blockers which can actually mean more against aggro.
Of course, the problem is getting to 8 mana against aggro, but you know...

Hey, it's almost Glimpse of Nature! And it's not banned in Modern!...yet
and the card draw is optional means that even if you emptied your library you can choose not to draw.

You could make such a good UG Legacy deck with this, in combination with Shardless Agent.
3 mana for a 2/2 creature, four 1/1 birds, four card draw and Glimpse effect for the rest of your turn.

Oh shame, need to get better at reading sideways! I presume you can cast either side for free using cascade, in which case four 1/1 birds is still decent from a 3 mana 2/2 creature.
