Okay, I can understand why they made this a legendary. So you can't put the same thing next turn.
But taking into account all the blue artifacts available right now.
Master of Etherium, Master Transmuter, The Sphinxes just to name a few???
It's crazy retarded, and when you add THIS with Minamo, School at Water's Edge.
BUT Pros and Cons of this card would be:
PROS:
~INFINITE possibilities for artifact cards, and even cards with X in their CMCs.
~It's a legendary land, and can go well with said card above. ^^
~Does not come into play tapped.
~BROKEN!!!!
~Can be fished out using Expedition Map and its ilk
CONS:
~BROKEN!!!!
~It's a legendary, so no duplication.
~Can be the target of land destruction, which awfully seems unlikely they would be expecting this and have land destruction.
