its more relevant to your mana total, this thing scales in power.
its best friend, a well stocked Mana Cache no longer works because they removed mana burn

Toss it out for free, bounce it to play a gamebreaking artifact for 1Blue, or to reclaim a used Sigil that has survived a few re-equipps.

Great in a Kor deck that runs Armament Master. It's a Bone Saw that can be decent late game.
