Ugh...that cycling cost of {5}{R}{G}{W} I get it, you want me to play tri-coloured! Just not worth it in my opinion...if i'm leaving {7}+ mana open (even in Naya) I'll use something Titanic Ultimatum...or cycle Decree of Savagery

That cycling cost could easily be dropped by, oh, I don't know, 5

There are many possibilities with a 1G
like If i were to make a card such as this one, i'd make it a sorcery with 1G and has; target creature gets +3/+3 and has regeneration at end of turn.

Well, it's not horribly bad, only 2 mana for 3/3 is equivalent for giant growth at 1, and it's rare to not be able to spare at least 2 (or at least if you couldn't giant growth wouldn't help either when you're tapped out). Most of the resounding cycle just aren't that great, the valuable thing about this one even though the mana cost is pretty ridiculous to cycle it, is that green really doesn't have that much card draw and you can use it in a crisis to draw another card. I still wouldn't use it 9 times out of 10 though, rather have a trusty colossal might.

Please take in consideration that the cycling is a non-counterable (at least with normal counterspells) +6/+6 with card draw.
That's why its so expensive.
It's kinda meh though, it is so expensive it wont see any play anywhere.

Alright, so... We're dealing with a two mode spell here. So... Giant Growth mode is literally giant growth. Removing instant speed would greatly diminish the power of the spell, so really, all they can do is make it cost one more. D'you know what? I'd gladly pay one mana extra for my spell if it gave me an extra option.

The second effect of the card is, well... An instant "uncounterable" +6/+6 boost, cantrip. Let's break it down... The +6/+6 boost is pretty huge and extremely versatile. If a creature gets through it's effectively a 6 damage burn spell, it's a combat trick... You know the drill, it's double giant growth. A 6 damage burn spell is pretty rare, sure this isn't exactly the same thing, but lava axe is priced what it is for a reason (albeit the price is a little silly). So... Let's assume +6/+6 it's worth {R}{G}{W}, they're all the colours that would have this kind of spell working together, so it makes sense. Cantripping spells tend to cost {1} or {2} m... (see all)
