This card also cost only THREE mana compare to Gifts Ungiven's four,. Being green means you could easily be your second turn cast, thins your library of four lands and fill your hand with steady mana for the turns to come. Life from the Loan, Knight of Reliquary, Worm Harvest, Urza Lands, all could use its power.

This card is awesome, in the right deck. Obviously it wont be a Standard or Extended bomb, but in classic and legacy it does have a niche to fill.

I'll be getting a playset soon.

Manland, dual land, wasteland, gimmick land. Simple, but effective. Probably has been nuked out of playability by the printing of Primeval Titan. At worst, this is double Sylvan Scrying. At best, it's green Gifts. And Gifts is pretty good.

I see what you did there.

Simply love this one, if i'm not mistaken that's the first rare land tutor ever aside from Scapeshift, and even a pretty awesome one. And it's at least the first "plain" tutor so far.

43_land.dec will be very happy about this card. Now you have a new powerful ability to get lands in your graveyard, and this way there's even more card advantage through Life from the Loam.

Hello, Urza. Here's either your Tower, Mine or Power Plant. Should I suggest a Petrified Field, too?

Edit: Just get back those lands from the graveyard with your Sun Titan and you've just turned your giant into some slower Primeval Titan. Not sure why you'd want to do that, except if you can't afford the real thing. At least, the land you return to the battlefield isn't tapped...

Every card sucks until some pro wins a PTQ with it, or some retardedly strong combo is found for it. Anyone else remember Dark Depths being $1 before Zendikar came out?

This card is pretty good. In the land legacy deck it can be broken since it can be pretty hard to choose between tabernacle at Pendrell Vale, maze of ith, rift stone portal, and nantuko monastery or any other of the lands that can ruin your day depending on the match up, even glacial chasm would be hard to sort out. Overall this card is good in legacy and extended applications, highly abusable with a cruciable of worlds deck in extended that uses dark depths combo. Definitely a johnny card that can make you think outside the box.

Worm Harvest, anyone? This card makes your Worm Harvest immediately stronger, and gives it ammo for retrace.
