3/2 is pretty big for a guy who's getting beaten up like that. He can trade with Beacon Behemoth, but he can't handle a few villagers with rocks?

I'm seeing a theme in innistrad, particularly with transform cards, where the flavour doesn't fit the p/t at all.

I mean how is a tormented pariah getting beaten up by villagers a 3/2? 3/2 is bigger than most elite knights. And how is the guy in the art a WARRIOR? Just because he's a red human doesn't mean he should be a warrior.

Also, consider the flavour text. At first it's just an obvious setup. But the second time you look at it,.. what sense does it make? I mean they are in a world where werewolves explode out of EXACTLY this sort of guy every full moon. What kind of idiot is going to say 'oh look a full moon, awesome, now we can see this suspicious outsider type that we're persecuting guy more clearly'. I mean who would even want to be outside during a full moon let alone doing something that suicidal?

The man is a WARRIOR and he can kill an avarage bear; what's so tormented about him? I assume each of those townsfolk are 1/1's at best, but still man

Yeah, no idea how this guy isn't a 0/1 that turns into a 3/3 or something. A 3/2 is big enough to splatter most non-monsters on Innistrad, and then he flips into a Craw Wurm level werewolf... well, as another poster said, maybe he just has self-esteem issues. Or, maybe the other townsfolk hate successful characters: maybe they are all just 1/1's who hate this guy because he worked really hard to become a 3/2, so now he's an outcast because of his success... or something.

Man, if THIS guy gets beaten up on Innistrad, Jace must get wedgies every two seconds.

I'm kinda worried that a man capable of battering a Hill Giant on his own is considered a good target to pick on in Innistrad.

Also, reckon it's worth experimenting with in Warrior decks?

Silence counts as a spell, so therefore it (and Orim's Chant) doesn't help Werewolves so much. Kind of a downer, but they probably did it that way on purpose. I don't think that any of the transformation triggers actually fit the whole day/night flavor WOTC was going for, Werewolves in particular. Maybe something more similar to Morph would have made more sense? Like Screeching Bat, although that card is a bit weird anyway, it's a bat that became a vampire... sort of backwards, lol
