Demon worship at WotC is still grinding on. A 6/6 for 6, 666 + some powerful ability stamped on... the endless stream of undercosted demons is getting dull...

...alright, you win, I'll put a non 1 power creature into my Shirei, Shizo's Caretaker EDH, but only because your art is so scary, and I refuse to run downright evil cards like Grave Pact in an 8-player EDH game.

Culling the Weak seems like a really good way to cast this.
Also, be careful: his ability is not optional. You can be forced to nuke your own creatures. But if all your non-Demon creatures have shroud (NOT hexproof) and/or protection from black/creatures/demons, then you're good to go.

This card can be a great surprise for an opponent that's not paying attention to what's in your graveyard while you have a reanimating card in your hand or Unburial Rites sitting in your graveyard if you catch my drift. ;) I love this thing.
Okay I'm going to chump block your big thing with my 1/1. It dies, reanimate Reaper from the Abyss, end turn, destroy their big creature. It's turned the tide for me many times like that. 5/5
