The "attacks each turn if able" had me giggle, and feel pity for defenders with this on, forced to just stand there and suffer.

Uh, you don't put this on your own creature. Why would you ever put this on your own creature? You put this on an OPPONENT'S utility creature, and then have one of your creature's eat it.
In that sense, it's a removal spell for 
. Which is GOOD.

Also, I think this should be keyworded. Forget Firebreathing, instead Magic creatures should have:
On Fire ( this creature gets +1/-1 until end of turn and attacks this turn if able. )
