no reason to not play this card if you're playing green. Doubles counters on planeswalkers, it's just a great card.

Also, Continue, you're somewhat right, but Doubling Season is a may ability. As if this card COULDN'T get any better, aside from the lack of colour weight and TWO FRIGGIN' AMAZING ABILITIES, they're MAY abilities.
So if your Devoted Druid's going to goof up, you don't have to give it an extra -1/-1 counter.

This card would be perfect if not for Infect being able to turn your own card against you. This card would be suicide against any deck with infect and proliferate.

Planeswalkers' Loyality counters aren't effected by doubling season, 'cause putting the counters on them isn't an effect but a cost. Through, Garruk Wildspeakers' the second ability is effected, 'cause you may put 2 tokens into play instead of one

Great with literally anything, stop pointing out obvious combos. This card is an awesome johnny, I can't lie, but please. If I read one more "This card is awesome with doubling season" or "This synergizes with doubling season" or "LOLZ CAN YOU IMAGINE PLAYING MIRROR-SIGIL SERGEANT WITH 4 DOUBLING SEASONS AND 4 FOLLOWED FOOTSEPS AND 4 PARADOX HAZES OUT LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLZZ" comment I will start a fire. And yes. It is quite obvious that if you play eldrazi Spawn tokens you will get mana twice as fast. Mycoloth with this is freekin legendary though, hahaha just saying. :p

Would someone tell me if this would affect scatter the seeds, and am i right to believe that fists of ironwood would be affected by this as its the trample part of the spell that is the main part and the saprolings are just an extra effect?? thankyou.

Does anyone know hoe this affects counters from Graft? I know that it doubles the counters when the creature comes into play, but what about when another creature comes into play and you move a counter to it? Will it then double the counter?
