People who say it has no drawbacks don't understand that it actually has three drawbacks:
Using Centaur Courser as a base (a 3/3 for 2Green):
1) this has an extra White mana cost (+1 toughness)
3) it also has an extra Red mana cost (+1 power)
4) all three colours need to be available at the time of casting (+1 power)

TL,DR: Three-colour decks are harder to use, so this guy needs to be 'bigger than average' for his CMC in order to be worthwhile.

Rant:
Adding a third colour to a card's mana cost is not the same as adding a second. A card with three colours in its casting cost is much harder to play than a card with two colours (which is already more difficult to play than a mono-coloured card), especially if you want to play that card on turn 3. Remember that a card that cannot be played is essentially useless (unless it can be cycled or some such), no matter how good it may be.

Right.... I hope someone gets this automatic censorship thing working cos it's very annoying. It orevents use of words such as "analytical" and "assessment" or (heaven forbid!) "assassinate"! But someone actually managed to use the word "***" in his comment and it went through! How can it be THAT useless!?!?!?

This is an amazing card.
Despite its simplicity, can combo with any number of cards (Shardblades, Deity Auras, etc.)

And it looks cool.

Naya Hushblade on turn 2 with a scourge of the nobilis or a Shield of the oversoul on turn 3 is better, as it is a 5/4 with shroud, lifelink and firebreathing or a near untouchable 5/4 with Shroud, indestructibility, and flying.

This card is good, but not great. I'd say you get exactly what you pay for here- nothing more, nothing less. Three colors on Turn 3 is hard to cast, I don't care what anyone says. I took these out of my Standard Naya Creatures Landfall deck for a while because they are so inferior to Knight of the Reliquary. That's how broken the Reliquary is, especially in my deck.
