ChaosFire: It's better in-block due to indestructible stuff, probably worse outside it.

Flavorwise, it makes sense to me that red got this and Shatterstorm got color-shifted to green as Creeping Corrosion.

Make sure your deck is packing some artifacts so that when worst comes to worst, you can exile an artifact of your own to take out their blightsteel.

Its a 3.5 card as is. The problem if there is only 1 artifact to target, this card cannot be cast. Now if it said "up to", 4.5 easy.
