Well, certainly not constructed quality, barring some crazy combo, but definitely usable in draft and sealed. Lost a few games to a sudden Artillerize.

I like this card a lot better after winning a couple games at the prerelease with it. I might make a deck with it, the wellsprings, Slag Fiend, and Scrapyard Salvo.

Key word there is "might."

Trading in a chump blocker for 5 damage at their head or best creature at *instant* speed is huge. Criminally underrated!

I personally love this card, it's actually very versatile. You can trash your spent trigons, your chump blocking hovermyr, your wellsprings or an extra flavorful goblin token. My favorite play: opponent was at 16, I attacked with Mortis Dogs and an unblocked Hovermyr- artillerized mortis dogs for 10 total. End of opponents turn Noxious Revival the Artillerize. One more sting with Hovermyr and then away he goes for the finisher.

The card pairs well with artifacts/creatures with "when placed in graveyard from the battlefield" effects, like Perilous Myr or Ichor Wellspring. Also works well with any Act of Treason / Metallic Mastery type cards to sac the card before giving control back.

Outside of decks that make use of such effects, or rely upon cards being in the graveyard, it's hardly useful that useful except to maybe get more use out of a chump blocker before it deals non-lethal combat damage.

I know there are a few uses for this card, but with them reprinting Goblin Grenade in M12, it kind of makes you wonder why they'd bother printing a pale homage now.

A buddy of mine runs a Artillerize + Shrapnel Blast + Demonmail Hauberk + Mortis Dogs deck and it is absolutely devastating.

Instant speed and can use artifacts as fuel. Gee, I wonder why a Phyrexian card might use artifacts as fuel for their abilities? It's not like they want artifacts in their graveyard ever or-

Oh, wait. That's right. They do. A lot. Amazing freaking card, too handy.
