Perilous Myr makes a great sacrifice target for this. Goblin Arsonist is also a good early game candidate.
If its not countered, boom, 7 damage to the face on turn 4 or earlier.

Pretty nifty card, goes well with Flings in a Firebreathing/Act of Treason/Threaten deck.
