One of my friends built a deck with this guy.
Tunnel Ignus, Galepowder Mage, and this guy is the main kill condition. He's simultaneously won a 5-player free-for-all game.
5/5

I think it'd be hilarious if someone built a competitive deck around this card (maybe in Modern). I'm imagining the idea be to play cards to give opponents MOAR LANDS like Path to Exile, and then used cards like Weathered Wayfarer to load your hand, then drop this beast and Azusa, Lost but Seeking to unload your hand. And when (not if) Razer gets killed, you're ready with Tunnel Ignus and landfall effects. I like Modern too much...

question on rulings...if you were to cloudshift a realm razer, what would the stack look like? From what i gather, razer's leave the battle triggers, followed by his enter battlefield, with the effects going in reverse order. meaning that the lands are first exiled (since the stack resolves in reverse order) and then returned tapped. Is this correct?

I can't seem to pinpoint the flavor of this card. At 4/2 he's too small to be a Nayan Behemoth, and his flavor text makes almost no sense. By this point, Naya has had neither empires nor tyrants for a phenomenal amount of time. He'd have made more sense in Conflux, when everything was going eight ways apeshit.

Seems good with Lich's Mirror. All you have to do is lose the game, and you'll get all your lands back.

@Averyck

The stack looks like:

New Realm Razer's ETB
Old Realm Razer's LTB
Old Realm Razer's ETB

Remember that Cloudshifting a creature means that when it re-enters the battlefield, it is a new permanent, unrelated to the old one. It doesn't know anything that the old one does.
Assuming no more responses to anything, the stack above would do the following:

Exile all lands.
Return the cards the original trigger (which hasn't resolved yet) exiled to the battlefield -- does nothing.
Exile all lands -- they're already gone.

Thus, there is little point to Cloudshifting a Realm Razer in response to itself, unless there's a land in play with an ETB trigger you want to have twice before it leaves.

An Unsummon in response to the trigger, however, will exile all lands permanently. For just {3}{W}{U}{R}{G}, you can make all your friends hate you! WhoooopWhoopWhoop.

Johnny: Realm Razer.
Timmy: Good thing I held this mountain.
Johnny: Bolt it in response to the trigger.

@NinStarRune:

What? This exiles all lands in play and it's "leave the battlefield" trigger only returns the lands exiled by Realm Razer during this specific event. Lands exiled any other way are not returned by Realm Razer.
