Enchant creature you control
Whenever enchanted creature attacks and isn't blocked, you may have it assign no combat damage this turn. If you do, defending player discards a card at random.
Whenever an artifact, creature, or enchantment enters the battlefield, its controller chooses target permanent another player controls that shares a card type with it. Exchange control of those permanents.
Target player mills X cards. If this spell was cast from a graveyard, that player mills twice that many cards instead.
Flashback (You may cast this card from your graveyard for its flashback cost. Then exile it.)
