Flying

When Arcanist's Owl enters the battlefield, look at the top four cards of your library. You may reveal an artifact or enchantment card from among them and put it into your hand. Put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.

When Elite Arcanist enters the battlefield, you may exile an instant card from your hand.

, : Copy the exiled card. You may cast the copy without paying its mana cost. X is the mana value of the exiled card.

Partner with Pako, Arcane Retriever (When this creature enters the battlefield, target player may put Pako into their hand from their library, then shuffle.)

You may play lands and cast noncreature spells from among cards you exiled that have fetch counters on them, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast those spells.

Flying

When Spectral Arcanist enters the battlefield, you may cast an instant or sorcery spell with mana value less than or equal to the number of Spirits you control from a graveyard without paying its mana cost. If that spell would be put into a graveyard, exile it instead.
