And i don't think Naya Charm is a very good idea to combine with that, this would require four colors.
Blue is good at tapping too, so why not use Sleep, Deluge, Ensnare, Turnabout or Cryptic Command instead?

Use with Hunted Phantasm. Most people will attack with the goblins they get, so this is like a draw 3 or 4 at least with that guy.

Unreliable, but potentially powerful. Seems like a good idea if someone in your playgroup is being a dick with elves. It would also be very funny if you used it after someone went infinite and attacked with exactly 100,000 tokens, even if the mill would kill you.
I sometimes forget that there were sets besides Kamigawa that had Eastern flavor. I hope they try it again sometime with a set that isn't mostly underpowered.

It's so frustrating that the Portal 3K cards are so limited and hard to get in the US or even in English for that matter!
