Great card when its the last thing you play from your hand, annoying when you have it and 2 lands in your hand at the start of a turn. Thank god for Gathan Raiders.

One of the best play I've ever had: I played Delirium Skeins and in response Chord of Calling tapping some creature. When the chord resolved I searched for Dread Slag and then my opponent discarded his whole hand, while my hand was already empty! Then my opponent immediatly scooped!
For me, it's a quite solid card, and a lot of fun!!! A 9/9 with trample for 5CMC remainds me Endless Wurm, but the wurm was ridiculous in an unfunny way...!
4.5/5

Wizards should make more cards like this, that force you to play in new and interesting ways

this could be alot of fun with burn since your dumping your hand anyways + softening them up for this guy to finish them.

Late game when you are hellbent, he is going to be a 5/5 when you start top decking, even then, it's still a 5/5 for 5 with trample, and if you get that card out of your hand he becomes powerful again. His only drawback is his hellbent requirement. Whats not to love?

This may as well as had been given Hellbent, and just start a 1/1.
I think I've finally found a good use for One with Nothing! Yay!

I thought One With Nothing was already pretty broken with another Ravnica mechanic...

Oh, I loved this card. Just play any aggro deck that tops off at this guy, this is an automatic 9/9.
