The card references Syphon Soul; this spellshaper turns any card in your hand into one! Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth, is a desolate swampland and center of black mana on Dominaria.

While his ability has a heavy activation cost, I'm sure it can be well worth it in large enough multiplayer games.

Easy sideboard in a Haakon, Stromgald Scourge or Madness type deck in case you find yourself at a large casual table.
