Blue/White doesn't seem to understand slivers very well.

They can target my slivers all they want. I'm just going to make them forget what they were doing and then make sure they don't find it again.

This is great in multiplayer because people get afraid to target your stuff until it's too late.

Great late game creature, when you got a lot of mana in play, and you want more spells in your hand.
