One of my favorite Suspend cards due to its clever design. Played pretty well too, as I recall; I like cards that force me to make a genuine decision.

Yes, if you're not going to pay his suspend cost yet come up with mana ramps from permanents which don't require tapping lands, other cards that untap lands, or cards that let you get them into play without paying, like Aluren or Aether Vial, this makes a nice cantrip.

if you tap mana elves or artifacts for it in the first place it's a 3/2 for 3 and another card.
the suspend is also viable.

Just use Masked Admirers unless you actually plan to use its Shaman type.
EDIT: Forget it. That's a Shaman, too, and an Elf, so yeah.
