My favourite thing to do with it? Pump up a Twinblade Slasher, then use the Slasher's ability to get a 4/5 attacker with Wither.

This isn't a forest. It can produce green mana but the land type isn't forest so you can't find this via something that searches for a forest.

Well if your running howl of the night pack, you will have 1 less 2/2 wolf token out because this is not a forest. And your dungrove elder will miss out on an extra +1/+1.

Still it is a stylish land to throw x1 copy into a deck that has llanowar elves or something.
