You do realize the tremendous amount of acceleration available in extended and legacy right now, don't you? In legacy, it's as simple as "Simian spirit guide, elvish spirit guide, land, violent outburst, with this as the only card with converted mana cost 3 or less. You could also use the moxen that are legal in legacy (chrome mox, mox diamond). In extended, it's more complicated, but it's okay because it's rotating out of extended soon anyway.

This card would work well with Progenitus and Darksteel Golum. Especially on the first turn.

@ Dingo777 Never tell a magic player they it's imposible to do, because they will find a way! Like first turn forest, exile 2 simian spirit guide, cast violent outburst. Done and done. Sure that's 4 cards in hand + what ever you wanted to Hypergenesis out, but still can happen!
