Turn Akroma into an artifact, sacrifice her to this and get her memorial; flavor bonus!

Either way, card neutral repeatable instant speed tutoring for 4 mana is still a bit powerful. I've seen an EDH deck built around this guy. Even better, you can sacrifice a Mishra's Factory to him. TInker on a land. Who knew?

Also, this is probably the best way to get a possessed portal.
