This card is sub-subpar for card drawing, land search, and landfall. It doesn't even put the card into play, but into your hand. However, like mentioned, it is good for dredge. Even better, however, is using this with card replacement effects such as the Words cards. Green doesn't have that many cards that allow you to draw cards every turn; you could tap this guy every turn to activate replacement effects. With 1 mana and Words of Wilding you're getting a 2/2 bear token every turn.

A future set in Rabiah?
As if. ;_;
The moment Wizards prints anything like Arabian Nights again, they'll be inundated by death threats from a) crazy conservatives who think they're supporting terrorists, b) crazy politically correct organizations who think they're being racist against Arabs, c) terrorists who think they're being made fun of.
Not worth it.

How often is this really better than Merfolk Looter / Thought Courier? And nevermind that this isn't blue - even with the new rules change I'd rather run Sakura-Tribe Elder.
