Great card, but man did poor Mirri get shafted by the writers compared to Crovax.
Normal Timeline: Mirri dies fighting Crovax, who becomes Evincar of Rath.
Chaos Timeline: Mirri gets Crovax's curse and becomes Evincar, while Crovax survives and gets to become a hero. Not fair at all.
That's in addition to how the writers basically have her lose all her major fights, have an unrequited crush on Gerrard, and only get mentioned once or twice after her death. To reference TVTrropes, she seems a pretty clear "Chew Toy" minus the normal comedy.
S'not right, man.

@Wulfsten: A turn 4 flying power 3 first striker that gets bigger if it begins to hurt stuff isn't good enough for you? Your Baneslayer Angel comment says a lot I suppose. I mean, this lady can kill a Nighthawk one-on-one and get bigger from it, and can do more damage than Nighthawk can mitigate with its lifelink.
Her only problem is that she competes with Vampire Nocturnus regarding the mana curve, but really if your vampire deck caps at 4 cmc creatures she's hardly going to be a dead draw (just imagine throwing her down with Nocturnus in play), and getting first strike in a mono black vampire deck isn't easy.

Just as with the original, uncursed Mirri, Cat Warrior I regard this card as aesthetic perfection. It's wildly popular for good reason.
Note that it has the same power and toughness as the green version, just inverted.

Ridiculous :O
Haste on this is brutal. And the first strike equals perfection along-side her counter adding effect.
This is one of the coolest cards ever. By FAR, in my eyes. Solid.

Nothing quite as jaw-dropping as a Vampire Nocturnus revealing a Mirri, the Cursed on top.
